We plan to fully support Java 17 in Fireball, but we also plan to drop Java 11 (only for native). We need to change the default image to point to the new image and document this in the release notes.
RHBQ 2.13 will use Mandrel 22.3.
Fallback strategy is to use 22.2 for the initial release (in case something turns hard to fix, no troubles sofar).
