Remove sub-section 3.3. BOMs productized and supported by Red Hat build of Quarkus from the 2.7 release notes.

Add a statement about where customers can find the supported BOMs of Red Hat build of Quarkus to the introduction of chapter 3 'Support & compatibility, for example, add BOMs to this statement:

      Background & context:

Identified during discussions about QUARKUS-1971 Support & Compatibility section.

The current information in chapter 3 is a bit confusing. TQ questioned why this info lives there and suggested that we probably need to have an additional section where we explain the concept of the Red Hat build of Quarkus platform. That's where TQ would like to see this kind of information and not in the release notes.  Wherever we decide to locate the BOM section, it is very important that state which exact version of the BOM we support. Some of the BOMS listed in the release note section 3.3 are generically listed. We need to explicitly say which version. Also, 3 out of 4 BOMs that we list in 3.3 all require another SKU and are not included in the RHbof Q section so this might be misleading to customers. TQ requests we, therefore, remove it.
