Remove the entry that refers to the quay.io/quarkus/quarkus-micro-image:1.0
in Section 2.6.2 of the Elektra Release Notes.

This image is community-only and Red Hat does not ship a productized version of it, nor does Red Hat support it for use in production environments. The current entry seems to imply that the image is supported in production.
