User story: 

As a reader of the release notes,  I should be able to find the information that I need in a list alphabetically or in another meaningful order that makes it easier to scan and read.

Scope: 

In the final sprint, when all release note sub-tasks are resolved before the final publish, a final review of the H3 and H4 headings is needed to ensure that the ordering is correct and to fix any H3 or H4 headings that are not in alphabetical order.
