RHBQ 2.7.5 contains new extension quarkus-resteasy-links, which is not user-facing and even was hidden from code.quarkus(https://issues.redhat.com/browse/QUARKUS-1928). At the same time it is in maven zip and has metadata and status tech-preview, which it should not have.
