Maven plugin / command line tooling for work with project and extensions is not working. It fails because quarkus-amazon-services-bom-quarkus-platform-descriptor artifacts are not available

Maven is complaining Could not find artifact com.redhat.quarkus.platform:quarkus-amazon-services-bom-quarkus-platform-descriptor:json:2.7.5.Final-redhat-00004:2.7.5.Final-redhat-00004

quarkus-amazon-services-bom-quarkus-platform-descriptor artifacts are referenced in:

• maven-repository/com/redhat/quarkus/platform/quarkus-bom-quarkus-platform-descriptor/2.7.5.Final-redhat-00004/quarkus-bom-quarkus-platform-descriptor-2.7.5.Final-redhat-00004-2.7.5.Final-redhat-00004.json
• maven-repository/com/redhat/quarkus/platform/quarkus-bom-quarkus-platform-descriptor/2.7.5.Final-redhat-00004/quarkus-bom-quarkus-platform-descriptor-2.7.5.Final-redhat-00004.pom

Affected acceptance jobs:

• rhbq-2.7-rhel8-jdk11-startstop-ts-generator (all the tests failed)
• rhbq-2.7-rhel8-jdk11-startstop-ts-boms (all the tests failed)
