As part of a broader Middleware strategy we need to support Red Hat build of Quarkus on Adoptium Temurin JVMs (11 & 17), so we need to extend our testing to using Adoptium JVM.

Note that there are no UBI Java images based on Adoptium so we are only targeting bare metal at this point.
