Update host IP in the deploying to OpensShift guide for 2.2.5 and Elektra

      The issue here is that it says that you should specify you host IP, which is wrong. When deploying to OpensShift/Kubernetes you cannot now you pod IP before you actually deploy and when you scale up or restart a pod the IP might change. This should AFAIK be 0.0.0.0,
