Temporary platform builds still require manual interventions to be completed.
I kindly ask for the following or equivalent:

• A gerrit pull request done by a Platfrorm participant engineer whose Platform project version contains temporary should trigger a temporary PNC build automatically
• A MMRC generation and upload to https://download.eng.bos.redhat.com/rcm-guest/staging/ should also follow automatically.
• Any success or failure of the process should be reported in the Gerrit pull request
• The process should be documented in Quarkus platform integration build process document including options to restart the build manually (permissions?) or how to ask for help.
