Clarifications about quarkus-development-mode-spi not being supported

According to this document, quarkus-development-mode-spi is not supported since Red Hat Build of Quarkus > 1.3.4. It turns out that we are using it in Camel Extensions for Quarkus.

My understanding is that a customer implementing dev-mode spi would not be supported by Red Hat. However, a customer using the DEV mode in Camel Extensions for Quarkus is supported by Red Hat. As such, quarkus-development-mode-spi is not planned to be removed from Red Hat Build of Quarkus, nor is it planned to be supported back.

Could you please confirm this understanding ?

At the end of the day, there might not be any issue. Still after discussing with the team, they would collectively prefer that we double check this understanding.
