Ensure that the Elektra product docs contain the correct release versions numbering/nomenclature, package names, plug-in names, filenames, and other values that need to be incremented or updated for the release.

When:

[ ] Release kick off in the Git workflow.

[ ] Arbitrarily as needed during the course of the doc release work

[ ] Before the final doc freeze to ensure that all version attributes are updated in the docs before publishing.

This task is complete when : 

 1. Existing attributes are reviewed and updated for the release

 2. New attributes are added as needed.

 3. Hardcoded version strings are replaced with variables that are defined the attributes.adoc file where it makes sense.
