The GSG section where we provide details about RHBQ platform member BOMs still contains the name of the community Camel Bom.

In 2.2.5, the Quarkus Camel BOM is productized and shipped with the RHBQ release, so we should start referring to it in our docs by its product groupId

We must change io.quarkus:camel-quarkus-bom to com.redhat.quarkus.platform:quarkus-camel-bom.
The version of the Quarkus Camel platform member BOM aligns with the RHBQ BOM version, so to ensure that we don't need to updated this section fore every release, we can either use the {QuarkusPluginVersion}} attribute to substitute the BOM version, or we can omit the version when we mention the productized Quarkus Camel BOM.

Note, that this does not apply to the Kogito BOM in the 2.2.5 release, which, despite initial plans, has not been productized and is not shipped with RHBQ 2.2.5. therefore, we still need to reference the Kogito BOM by its community `groupId`.
