The repository for RHBQ 2.2.5.ER2 contains BouncyCastle artifacts (group org.bouncycastle, artifacts bcmail-jdk15on, bcprov-jdk15on and bcpkix-jdk15on).
These artifacts were not in included at all in 1.11.7, 2.2.3 or 2.2.5.ER1. Probably, they are not needed.
