Lift and Shift of the latest Deploying your Quarkus applications to OpenShift for Elektra release.

Assess and perform the following:

• Which features are new for developing and compiling applications with Elektra that need to be added to this guide?
• How can we improve the content to improve the UX for developing and compiling a Quarkus application?
• Is there any information that we can reuse and include from the Quarkus community upstream docs?
• Is there any information that we can reference and reliably link to from the Quarkus community upstream docs?
• What content in 2.2 and earlier versions were confusing or had gaps/bugs?
• Anything else to factor into the lift and shift work?
