Update tools provided Dockerfiles to use RHEL 8.5

      Currently the example Dockerfiles (Dockerfile.jvm & Dockerfile.native) in src/main/docker points to UBI minimal 8.4. These should be updated to use 8.5.

       

      This

         FROM registry.access.redhat.com/ubi8/ubi-minimal:8.4 

      should be changed to:

         FROM registry.access.redhat.com/ubi8/ubi-minimal:8.5
