Since `quarkus-platform-bom-maven-plugin` 0.0.32, the platform universe BOM and Camel BOM contain versions 12.11.1 of azure-storage-blob-batch, azure-storage-file-share and azure-storage-queue, but 12.9.1 is expected.

Why 12.9.1 is expected:

• Camel Quarkus is the only platform member depending on Azure
• camel-quarkus-bom 2.2.x imports azure-sdk-bom 1.0.3 https://github.com/jboss-fuse/camel-quarkus/blob/camel-quarkus-2.2.0.fuse-800021/poms/bom/pom.xml#L73-L79
• azure-sdk-bom 1.0.3 manages azure-storage-blob-batch, azure-storage-file-share and azure-storage-queue in version 12.9.1 https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/com/azure/azure-sdk-bom/1.0.3/azure-sdk-bom-1.0.3.pom

With `quarkus-platform-bom-maven-plugin` 0.0.31, the mentioned artifacts were managed in the expected version 12.9.1
