Unable to build project with quarkus-elasticsearch-rest-high-level-client, maven asking for unavailable productized bits

This extension is not productized / supported but pulls some productized dependencies.

The build ends on unavailable jackson-dataformat-smile:2.12.4.redhat-00001 but there will be probably chain of unavailable artifacts.

Upstream bits should be used as jackson-dataformat-smile wasn't productized in 1.11.7 - http://download.eng.brq.redhat.com/rcm-guest/staging/quarkus/quarkus-1.11.7.CR2/extras/repository-artifact-list.txt
