Small platform participants like Hazelcast, Cassandra, Debezium are not available in product platform / on product code.quarkus. See for example http://code-quarkus-frontend-code-quarkus.apps.ocp4.prod.psi.redhat.com/?extension-search=debezium

This is different comparing with previous prod version where these participants are available - https://code.quarkus.redhat.com/?extension-search=debezium

And also upstream code.quarkus - https://code.quarkus.redhat.com/?extension-search=debezium

This feels like regression. Might be intended as we want to promote product platform, but the migrations path will be harder for devs who using these "external" extensions.
