In RHBQ 2.2, we have two quarkus-maven-plugin dependencies in the Maven repository:
(1) io.quarkus:quarkus-maven-plugin
(2) com.redhat.quarkus.platform:quarkus-maven-plugin

Both are productised.
In 1.11 RHBQ documentation, there is only mention to the (1) artifact: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_build_of_quarkus/1.11/html-single/getting_started_with_quarkus/index#proc-quarkus-creating-proj_quarkus-getting-started.
However, for the generated projects, it will have the (2) artifact, so this needs to be updated in the guides.
Morever, this needs to be mentioned in the RN.
