RH products should deliver only GA artifacts to the customers.

Spoke with hamadhan@redhat.com about prod gates impact, he thinks RHBQ 1.11.7 should be able to pass them. Thus marking as Critical for now, otherwise it could become Blocker if prod gates do not pass.
