This task is done when:

• A new diataxis concept topic is created that explains what customers need to know about  Securing with JPA in Quarkus.
• Existing content in `security-jpa.adoc `and other JPA conceptual information in Quarkus docs repo identified and migrated into diataxis framework and linked to the existing relevant security topics.
• Content restyled according to Quarkus preferences.
• Xrefs and links are updated accordingly throughout the other topics in the repo.
• All is SME approved and merged to main.
