Scope: When all updates are added to the Breaking Changes chapter, complete the following checks:

• Ensure all items are displaying correctly (no issues with hierarchy, bulleted lists, formatting etc.)
• Ensure all new items are listed in alphabetical order
• Ensure titles follow a consistent format. For example, consistent phrasing and part of speech, consistent use of articles,
• Ensure links are documented in a consistent way per our guidelines for cross-referencing
• Ensure all links work
• Begin most release notes with "In Red Hat build of Quarkus 3.15,"
• Remove links to the community migration guide when the release note already provides the same or more information.
• Review and address standard style issues, such as the use of "may" or "will be removed."
• Comment out any unused category headings.

Done criteria: This task is done when the chapter is completed, reviewed, and ready for final QE reviews
