This task involves creating a standardized release note template to facilitate collaboration among multiple writers working on separate release notes. The goal is to enable writers to contribute independently to different sections of the release notes and then include their contributions in the relevant assemblies without blocking each other.

In cases where multiple `include::` statements in an assembly file conflict, writers may need to resolve merge conflicts.
