RHBQ 3.8.5.SP1 defines and delivers quarkus-oidc-db-token-state-manager but not the -deployment counterpart

Platform BOM has following entry:

      <dependency>
        <groupId>io.quarkus</groupId>
        <artifactId>quarkus-oidc-db-token-state-manager</artifactId>
        <version>3.8.5.redhat-00004</version>
      </dependency>

There are 2 issues related to the quarkus-oidc-db-token-state-manager artifact:

•  quarkus-oidc-db-token-state-manager-deployment is not defined
• version should be kept on community 3.8.5 as the artifact is not supported

Found using domino tool, "domino quarkus --version 3.8.5.SP1-redhat-00001 --resolve --repo-dir=/Users/rsvoboda/Downloads/repo-3.8.5.SP1-redhat-00001" command ends with error
