Coordinate with the Content Strategist (CS) to schedule creation of the release branch, aligning it with the documentation freeze date. Initiate the release branch:

• After the General Availability (GA) deadline, when Quality Engineering (QE) has completed their documentation-related JIRA tasks.
• During the documentation content freeze period; this is when the release branch is created, and subsequently, the content freeze is concluded.
• Before the DPM starts their publishing activities.
