OpenShift is important for Red Hat business and we want our users to adopt OpenShift.
Red Hat build of Qurakus users use OpenShift for deploying their applications. Security is an important aspect for OpenShift adoption. 

The TLS registry guide which is upstream contains information about the TLS security aspect needs to be available for our downstream users. 

Scope: The goal of this task is to identify and improve content to be leveraged both upstream and downstream. Make the upstream guide reusable for downstream users. Identify improvements that will help both users.
