While I was reviewing https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/quarkus-documentation/quarkus/-/merge_requests/1693, I realized that we needed to update our URL attributes because:

Red Hat has changed the documentation URL from the former URL,

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_build_of_quarkus/3.8/html/,

to this new one,

https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_build_of_quarkus/3.8/html/

Note: All links to the former URL are redirected to the new one.

This is true for all releases.

We should update our attributes accordingly to avoid unnecessary redirects.
