Scope: This task covers the delivery of RHBQ release notes for 3.8.5 GA (currently June 6th). The updates will cover the following:

• BOM/plugin version update
• Add Fixed issues query for 3.8.5 (discuss with Rostislav)
• Add CVEs query for 3.8.5 (discuss with Sergey)
• Add any advisories, if relevant, for 3.8.5
• Update Tech Preview section with details of productized extensions (see QUARKUS-4179)
• Any other relevant updates (e.g. new support policy info)

DONE criteria: This task is done when all above updates are completed, SME, peer, and QE reviewed, and published on portal.
