As a Red Hat writer on the Quarkus team, I need an up-to-date comprehensive on-boarding checklist to ensure that I have enough information, permissions, process information and the right tooling to start writing content for the Quarkus Community docs.

Personas:

• New Red Hat employee who has just joined the company and CCS.
• Experienced Red Hat writer who has just joined the Quarkus team.

Goal:

 [Definition of Done]- This task is done when we have a solid checklist containing the minimum steps to get started and prepared for authoring content that lives in the Community docs.

This checklist will also serve as a sub-section of our Runtimes onboarding pack for new team members.
