From today's team meeting notes:

• [Sheila]: As of RHBQ 3.2 we will no longer ship an downloadable ZIP archive of the RHBQ maven repo, so we should not be recommending it to our customers. I had to remove  Configuring the Quarkus Maven repository from the Getting Started guide. This chapter is in the Maven guide though (which has been verified by QE). Should it be removed there too? 
  • Stefan confirmed that this should be removed from all guides. 

Action: Rolfe to review and remove module in Maven guide and verify if other instances are present in our docs collection QDOCS-515
