Investigate and fix PV2 continuation numbering bug in 'Testing the native executable`

      In 3.2 QE doc testing of JIRA QUARKUS-3351, the following continuation problem in a numbered list in the Compiling your applications to native executables AND the Maven guide. This problem occurs on Firefox only.

      The AsciiDoc markup of the source is correct in the GitLab repo.

      The problem only occurs when there is a code block with callouts in an ordered list.

      The problem is caused by this  PV2 doc bug:  https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CCS-6055

      The problem does not happen on Chrome/Chromium browsers.
