QDOCS-460 works perfectly for imported upstream asciidoc (with exception of callouts in code snippets) BUT assemblies are now missing the icons. Moving the icon folder under the resources directory does not fix the issue.

PV2 generates a missing icon for every admonition, which looks awful.

Need to localize the icon fix of QDOCS-460 into asciidoc local attributes folder and restore the default Mod docs config of icon macro = fonts or OFF. The upstream fix is not compatible with PV2.
