Lift and shift of Deploying your Quarkus applications to OpenShift Container Platform guide guide for 3.2 release.

Assess and perform the following:

• Version changes
• Doc attribute changes, BOMS, Plug-ins, commands etc
• Which sections / code snippets are no longer relevant in 3.2 
• Ensure all instances of the product name says "Red Hat build of Quarkus" and not "Quarkus" (except for instances of "Quarkus CLI" which refers to the upstream CLI)  (OH HOLD PENDING FINAL DECISION ON REQUIRED CHANGES)
• Which features are new for developing and compiling applications that need to be added to this guide
• Is there any information that we can reuse and include from the Quarkus community upstream docs?
• Is there any information that we can reference and reliably link to from the Quarkus community upstream docs?
• What content in earlier versions was confusing or had gaps/bugs?
• Anything else to factor into the lift and shift work
