QUARKUS and RHBQ 3.2 is going to support a standard implementation of the MicroProfile 6 specification.

Quarkus does not currently meet the full set of criteria for technical compliance with the MicroProfile specification (TCK), but it does support the majority of its critical features.

QE is going to test the MP6 compliant features that have been implemented and shipped with 3.2.

As docs, we should include information about limited technical compliance with MP6 in the downstream documentation (Most likely, mentioning this in the release notes will be sufficient)
