Reimport the 2.13 code snippets to GitLab and revert the 3.0 jakarta code samples back to javax as per 2.13 upstream state.

At some point in early Feb, several code files that some of our 16 security guides include (through includes or added code snippets) got updated to 3.0 jakarta code by this big upstream PR:

For example, the security tutorials and some ref guides are impacted. (for an example see the github blame on line 93 in the upstream version of `security-authorize-web-endpoints-reference.adoc`.
