Fix this problem:

The [width=] parameter does not render downstream and causes a warning message to appear in table. 

• Why? 

This attribute is applied in some instances upstream where a table appears alongside the TOC. If the width of the table is not set to a value of less than 100%, the table automatically appears underneath the TOC rather than alongside it.

Scope of this PR

Investigate with upstream stakeholders whether an alternative width attribute can be used or whether alternative table parameters can be used upstream.
