Fix this problem:

In the Basic authentication section of the Authentication mechanisms in Quarkus concept, the bulleted list is not rendering correctly (needs to be fixed upstream also)

Scope of this PR

Update markup to ensure bulleted list renders correctly. Correct upstream version and ensure change is also downported to downstream repo.
