• When confirm, update the assembly_release-notes-quarkus.adoc file to add a bulleted list of xrefs that point to the corresponding update in the release notes for each item.

Done criteria: This task is done when notable changes are confirmed and, if required, the list of relevant links is added to RN assembly file.
