Scope: Plan and develop documentation for the MCP Server feature that will receive full support in IBM Enterprise Build of Quarkus 3.33. This documentation will be part of a new Quarkus AI documentation category alongside LangChain4J and MCP Client content.

Description:

• MCP Server support is being introduced as a fully supported feature in IBQ 3.33 (currently in Tech Preview)
• Add this content as part of the broader Quarkus AI topic category that will include MCP Client and LangChain 4J
• As a minimum requirement for IBQ 3.33, create documentation to introduce and get started with MCP Server and highest priority content as agreed with Thomas and SME. Plan to expand this content to include more comprehensive how to and reference information in later releases.
