Scope: Plan and develop documentation for the LangChain 4J feature, which will receive full support in IBM Enterprise Build of Quarkus 3.33. This documentation will be part of a new Quarkus AI documentation category alongside MCP Server and MCP Client content.

Description:

• LangChain 4J is being introduced as a fully supported feature in IBQ 3.33 (currently in Tech Preview). 
• Important: Clarify with SME which part of LangChain/use cases will be supported
• Add this content as part of the broader Quarkus AI topic category that will include MCP Server and MCP Client
• As a minimum requirement for IBQ 3.33, create documentation to provide a comprehensive introduction and content to get started with LangChain 4J (and other highest priority content as agreed with Thomas and SME).
• Plan to expand this content to include more comprehensive how to/reference information in later releases
