Assess and perform the following tasks:

• Version changes (Attributes values for 3.2 are done, see QDOCS-461, but any hardcoded instances might need fixing.)
• Which sections / code snippets are no longer relevant in  RHBQ 3.2?
• Which features are new for developing and compiling applications with RHBQ 3.2 that need to be added to this guide
• Is there any information that we can reuse and include from the Quarkus community upstream docs?
• Is there any information that we can reference and reliably link to from the Quarkus community upstream docs?
• Fix all RH style and vale errors and warnings in the GitLab Merge Request report. Review suggestions too and enhance if possible.
• Stretch: What content in 2.13 and earlier versions were confusing or had gaps/bugs?
• Anything else to factor into the lift and shift work?
