Scope:

• Plan and create documentation to describe the Jakarta Data feature. Refer to https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/pull/47012 and https://issues.redhat.com/browse/QUARKUS-6244 for more information.
• Discuss with Thomas and SME (rh-ee-yrodiere) the documentation requirements. Confirm whether a new guide is needed or if existing guides require updates.
