Summary:

As a Red Hat writer on the Quarkus team, I want to learn about the workflow for writing, editing, and publishing the upstream docs for the Quarkus Community through attendance and participation in demo by upstream docs leads.

Personas:

• New Red Hat employee who has just joined the company and CCS.
• Experienced Red Hat writer who has just joined the Quarkus team and wants to create, edit, and publish upstream Quarkus Community docs. 

Goals:

• Learn the end-to-end process that is used to develop and publish the upstream docs for the Quarkus community 
• Understand the set up of the GitHub docs repo where upstream content is stored
• Understand how GitHub PRs/GH issues are created and reviewed
• Understand the roles of the different stakeholders that are involved in the process e.g. contributors, committers, SMEs
• Learn about the publishing platform that is used to publish Quarkus upstream docs.
