• Redesign the 4 existing Quarkus & Azure guides into diataxis format.
• Update/add content as per the improvements to the dev experience for deploying apps to Azure in the 3.0 upstream GA.
• Fix search results around Azure and MS on the Quarkus landing page.
• Enhance findability and links to other valuable content on MS Azure website and elsewhere.
