      Summary:

As a Red Hat writer on the Quarkus team, I want to set up and familiarize myself with Visual Studio Code to start writing and editing content for the Quarkus Community docs.

      Personas:

      • New Red Hat employee who has just joined the company and CCS.
      • Experienced Red Hat writer who has just joined the Quarkus team and wants to use the VS code editor.

      Goals:

      • Install VS Code
      • Fork and clone Github repo for upstream content (or Quarkus repo for downstream, if not already done)
      • Set up and save workspaces for upstream and downstream updates
      • Install mandatory and "nice-to-have" required extensions to optimize my environment set up ({}add list of mandatory extensions here{})
      • Get familiar with navigation and features in VS code e.g. opening new windows, opening terminals, using

[Definition of Done]- This task is done when we have successfully installed VS code, set up our workspaces, and installed required extensions.
