Situation:
To ensure cross-guide links work as expected ahead of the 3.20 GA release, we need a way to test our documentation in a pre-production environment.

Task:
Temporarily update all internal links pointing to https://docs.redhat.com/ so they target the staging environment instead.

Action:
In MR 2255, I updated all instances of https://docs.redhat.com/ to https://content-stage.docs.redhat.com/.

Result:
This change enables thorough, less rushed link validation and guide testing before GA.
Important: We must revert this change just before GA to ensure our published documentation uses the correct production URL: https://docs.redhat.com/.
