Use a generic MinIO image

      As a RHODS PSAP Engineer, I would like to use a generic MinIO image rather than quay.io/opendatahub/modelmesh-minio-examples:v0.8.0 to upload models into an odh/mm bucket to prepare for running other models (like MLPerf or from https://huggingface.co/ or from the last step of a training pipeline).
