Epic Goal

• Clear the technical debt to keep the project clean and address some documentation issues; in no particular order:

• • fix e2e tests on SNO ("reboots" set doesn't work, master pool needs to be targetted).
  • https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2114779: TuneD should not start without having a valid profile; review the timeout code, add a RESYNC to handle connection issues to the API server.
  • upstream TuneD profile cleanup (HPC profile: remove hugepages_treat_as_movable)
  • make sure unit-tests work in upstream CI
  • optionally increase verbosity for openshift-tuned and the operator (will be messy wrt. API)

Why is this important?

• Operator performance, easier maintenance and better product documentation.
