      As Deepthi Dharwar is transitioning to seek other opportunities, I'm being made the CPU manager BZ component owner.

       

      1) Get familiar with CPU manager, its features, policies and code.

      2) Learn how to run existing CPU manager test cases and if insufficient coverage is found, enhance them.

      3) Get familiar with new CPU manager enhancements/proposals, such as the SMT-aware CPU manager: https://github.com/fromanirh/fromanirh/tree/main/docs/presentations/k8s-cpumanager-smtawareness
