User Story:
As a PSAP engineer I need to collect data at a larger scale to faithfully compare results. I would like to do larger runs of the embeddings llm-load-test job on a larger non-SNO cluster. Up until now I have been doing small scale testing and development on an SNO node with a T4 GPU however this is a woefully under powered node in reality. I would like to acquire an L4 node from IBM Cloud and perform a wider variety of tests there.

Acceptance criteria:

• Visualization and ingestion system in place prior to the test
• A plan for which tests are to be run on the allocation
• Test results uploaded to OpenSearch
